Europa By The Sea

 

 



This fifteen story Mediterranean style mid-rise condominium will be a spectacularly luxurious home to just fifty very discerning homeowners.

The building is near completion and is expected to open any day now.

At Europa, you'll zip up to your residence in a private elevator that opens into your own foyer.  

Residences are graced with nine foot high ceilings in most living areas and flow graciously.  Most will include gas fired fireplaces, a very unusual feature here in South Florida.  

The smallest residence is three bedrooms, three and a half opulent baths, 3,411 air conditioned square feet plus three expansive terraces, accessed through floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors.

Europa is located in Lauderdale By The Sea, just north of Fort Lauderdale's gold coast of beachfront hi-rise condos, the Galt Ocean Mile.  It is slated for occupancy in March 2006 and is worth waiting for.  

It also might be the last great new building in the area for some time.  

The political climate has turned against what some perceive as "over development" and Lauderdale By The Sea enacted a building height restriction of 45 feet shortly after this project was approved.  A similar climate exists in Pompano Beach to the north and to the south in Fort Lauderdale, where Galt Ocean Mile is (for all intent and purposes) built out and few sites for new beachfront construction remain elsewhere.  

As a result, this project has created considerable buzz in the real estate community.  If this is the sort of home you have been waiting for, the time to act is now.
