Pre-construction sales at Lauderdale One, opened in the third quarter of 2004, and the project sold out very quickly.

Some of the 270 units remain available through the buyers' resale program, starting in the mid $200's.  These are the best priced new-construction condos in the city.

Groundbreaking took place in August 2004 and the building opened in mid 2006 on schedule.
