The Symphony

The Symphony is an exciting addition to the residential explosion changing the skyline and life of downtown Fort Lauderdale.  

Living on the New River and next to the Broward Center for the Performing Arts, residents at The Symphony will enjoy the privacy of a two and a half acre gated enclave at 600 West Las Olas Boulevard.  

Riverwalk is just outside the door, leading to a wide range of cultural, dining and shopping venues in Riverwalk Arts and Entertainment District.  Downtown offices and the dining, galleries and exclusive shops and nightlife of Las Olas Boulevard are in easy walking distance.   

Most floors have nine residences, a variety of sizes from the One Bedroom "Bach" model with a Den and Two Baths to the "Ensemble" with Three Bedrooms, Two and a half Baths. 

Penthouse floors (the top four) have only four to six units per floor and include finer finishes like limestone flooring in public areas of the residences, carpet in bedrooms, and other distinguishing features. 

Penthouses on the 21st and 22nd floors offer higher (10') ceilings , unique architectural windows, larger terraces and more.  

All residences have one or more generous terraces.  Building amenities include a fully equipped private health club and spa for the exclusive use of residents and guests.  This will be a full fledged 6000 sq ft gym.  Expect a private theatre, library, billiard room, business center with conference facilities and more as well.  Boat slips on The Symphony's private New River marina are available for sale to condominium owners.  The seventh floor deck will provide the pool, spa, cabanas and pavilion as well as a fabulous water view.  Every residence also comes with a temperature controlled wine locker located in the recreation area of the building.  

The Symphony offers a liberal rental/subleasing policy, allowing owners to lease their units after only 30 days of ownership.  Rentals as short as 30 days are permitted.  

Symphony luxury condominium on the New River in Fort Lauderdale is now finished, and though finishing touches were being added, the first owners moved in as of October 2005.

Dog owners will be happy to know that The Symphony will welcome two pets per unit with no size restriction.  A dog run is provided on the south side of the building. 

A select few Developer Units remain available, nearly all of them large Penthouse Level units.
