Tides at Bridgeside Square was built in 2001 as a luxury 246 unit, 15 story mixed use building, located just south of Oakland Park Boulevard and just East of the Intracoastal Waterway.

Though it was built as luxury rentals, it has been converted to condominium ownership like several other properties in the area to satisfy demand for luxury condominium residences.

Demand is growing though new construction has slowed due to the slow-growth political climate.
