Waves Las Olas
Downtown Fort Lauderdale 

Waves Las Olas, a 21-story condominium featuring only 75 exclusive loft style residences is the first project approved under the new Downtown Fort Lauderdale Master Plan.  In the coming years it calls for a pedestrian friendly living and working environment. 

This will be a "contemporary style mid-rise mixed use building with a variety of unit types" according to the architect, Winter Haven Design Group of Fort Lauderdale.  They have truly rendered a building that will bring graceful curves and eye-catching, sculptural architecture to our burgeoning downtown skyline.

Waves Las Olas will offer 75 open floor plan residences where the only rooms constrained by walls are the kitchens and baths.  The rest is open space, as much as 3000 square feet, a blank canvas for you to use as creatively as you would like. 

The building will include street level commercial space and five floors of secure covered parking accessible by elevator for residents.  Residences begin on the 7th floor

Trendy polished concrete floors will be featured, along with European-style cabinetry, stainless steel appliances and stone countertops.

Residences start on the 7th floor.  Lower floor units feature 10 foot ceilings.  Upper floor units have 20 foot ceilings, mezzanines and open terraces.  Penthouse units are over 3000 square feet and most units will have great downtown views.  Some will be able to see all the way to the ocean.

Building Amenities will include "a lobby with a 16-foot wall aquarium, a glass-enclosed fitness center, a Zen orchid garden and a rooftop terrace with swimming pool and spa" according to a December 13, 2004

Reservations moving at a brisk pace for these unique residences providing 1000 to 3000 square feet of living space in great variety of different floor plans.
